Mike Ben-Ari (Greenfield) – Chairman of the Board

Mike has over 25 years’ experience in the international financial services industry, bringing together management, financial and banking skills tuned in previously held positions. He founded Ever Green Field Enterprises in 1999, naming the company after his late father, Judge Leslie H. Greenfield, and childhood name which he hebraicized upon making Aliyah in 1981. Prior to EGFE, he held management positions in Bank Leumi, Israel’s second largest bank, and in Supersol, Israel’s second largest supermarket chain. He holds a MBA in finance and marketing from Tel Aviv University and a BA from Brandeis University.
Mike has served as a director on behalf of his clients in several companies, including: Brainstorm, Smart Energy Solutions and Energtek.
Susie Shifrin – Office Manager

Susie joined EGFE in 2004, having previously worked for seven years as an office manager in the world of investments. She is responsible for all administrative issues, client reporting and numerous other functions at EGFE. Born and raised in Manchester, UK, she graduated from Birmingham University, with a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance.
Ellen Madison – Marketing Manager

Ellen has an extensive background in customer relations, client development and marketing. She has been a membership and marketing consultant for many organizations: New York Hospitality and Tourism Association; New York Public Transit Association; New York State Bar Association; New York Concrete Masonry Association; and many other New York State Associations. In New York City, she held the position of National Membership Director for the American Guild of Organists. In Albany, New York, she held the position of Membership Director of the New York State Restaurant Association. As a volunteer, Ellen served on the Membership Committee of the New York Society of Association Executives; she was the Membership Chairman of the Empire State Society of Association Executives, and Marketing Chairman for the United Jewish Federation of Northeastern New York.
Tali Bar-Gil – Sales Support Manager

Tali joined EGFE in 2017. She has a B.Sc. in Biology, an M.Sc. in Medical Sciences and a teaching diploma, all from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is also a Shiatsu and acupuncture therapist. Tali’s previous positions include R&D in biology and chemistry, teaching, and most recently a therapist in Clalit Health Services. Born in the U.S. and raised in Israel, Tali is fluent in both Hebrew and English. Her responsibilities at EGFE include marketing, customer relations and sales support.
Eliaou Perez – Accounting Manager

Eliaou joined EGFE in 2017. He has a B.A. in finance and accounting from Paris Val de Marne University, and a M.A. in finance and accounting from the I.C.S. Begue, Paris (1992). He has 20 years’ experience working in the financial departments of several French – international companies including Dassault Systemes, Servair-Air France Group and Sogaris (logistic real estate), where he led the closing, managed teams and prepared the financial reports. Eliaou is an expert in migration of accounting information systems, data bases and ERP management projects. In 2014, he made Aliyah to Israel with his wife and three children.
